In 2020, I founded Right Time PT with a mission to empower individuals in Leicester to achieve their fitness goals. My journey into coaching was inspired by my own experiences with fitness and a deep desire to help others feel strong, confident, and capable.
As a mature coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including neurodiverse individuals, those affected by anxiety, and people who feel hesitant or unconfident in new settings. My approach is rooted in calm encouragement, meeting each client where they are, and tailoring training to suit their unique situation, goals, and preferences.
I don’t just offer personal training; I also provide 1:1 or small group wellbeing sessions for young people and adults with learning disabilities. Collaborating with other professionals to create impactful programs is something I’m passionate about, and I welcome opportunities to contribute to community health projects. Additionally, I deliver engaging talks on fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing.
At Right Time PT, my focus goes beyond physical transformations. I strive to help my clients move with confidence, reduce pain, and take on activities they once thought were out of reach. Each program is designed to create lasting benefits that go far beyond the gym.
