H’s Journey: Going From Strength to Strength

With no prior experience in resistance training and a few aches and pains slowing her down, H decided to give personal training a try, encouraged by her daughter-in-law. She felt it was "now or never" to feel fitter and stronger.
Despite initial apprehension about using weights, we worked together to gradually build her confidence and abilities. H is now enjoying discovering what she’s capable of and feels stronger than ever.
